Project scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in a signed engagement letter or proposal prior to work commencing. These terms govern general website use and do not supersede the terms of any signed client agreement.
Acoustic and vibration measurements, models, and recommendations reflect professional engineering judgment based on data available at the time of the engagement. Field conditions and building performance may vary from modeled predictions.
Project data and client information are treated as confidential and are not shared publicly without written client consent, except where required for published research with prior agreement.
Reports, models, and measurement data prepared for a client engagement remain the work product of Resonant Field Lab unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
